Women's Basketball downs Emmaus for the second time as Saints earn win on Senior Day

It was a balanced attack with 12 players playing and six players scoring seven or more points as Central Christian College of the Bible defeated Emmaus University, 73-64, for Senior Day on Saturday inside the Ferneau Center.

It was the final regular season home game for Saints seniors Raya Brady and Macaria Hines. It was a tough night shooting for Hines, who finished with one point, a steal, and two assists, while Brady scored four points and grabbed eight rebounds.

FINAL: Central Christian 73, Emmaus 64
RECORDS: Central Christian (8-12, 4-6 MCCC), Emmaus (2-17, 0-10 MCCC)

GAME NOTES:

  • Central Christian led from start to finish, opening it up by as many as 14 midway through the third quarter.
  • The Saints outrebounded the Eagles, 44-38, and grabbed 18 offensive rebounds.
  • Central Christian had 16 steals and forced 24 turnovers.
  • The Saints led 17-11 after one quarter, 35-22 at the half, and 52-42 at the end of the third.
