Central Christian College of the Bible head men's basketball coach Jack Defreitas on Wednesday announced the signing of Brandon Pressley for the 2017-18 season. Pressley is the 11th member of the Saints' 2017 class.

Pressley, a 6-6 forward from Stephens City, Va., will transfer to Central Christian after a playing his junior season at Belhaven University, an NCAA D3 program in Jackson, Miss. He averaged 15.0 points per game, shot 62 percent from the field and grabbed 8.5 rebounds per contest while also garnering NCCAA Division I All-Region honors.

Prior to attending Belhaven, Pressley played the previous two seasons at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va., where he averaged 4.3 points and 3.2 rebounds as a sophomore. We are fortunate to add a player of his caliber and experience. I am extremely excited about the team we've assembled this offseason and anxious to get started this fall."

While at CCCB, Pressley plans to pursue a Bachelor of Religious Studies and a dual enrollment degree from a partner institution.
